GradeMY identifies public product-evidence gaps. It does not guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, citations, traffic, revenue, inclusion, or placement in any AI or search system.
Data boundaries
Default scans are public-page scans. GradeMY does not access checkout, cart, account, payment, customer, private-order, or write-admin data during a default scan.
Acceptable use
Do not use GradeMY to overload websites, test systems you are not authorized to evaluate at abusive volumes, collect private data, evade access controls, or scan non-public systems.
Reports
Reports are informational and should be reviewed before making business or technical changes. Results are based on observed evidence at scan time and may change as a storefront changes.
Website subscriptions
GradeMY Pro costs USD $29 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Stripe presents the price and any applicable taxes before you authorize payment. Pro includes 25 signed-in scans per UTC calendar month, shared between the website and ChatGPT for the same GradeMY account. Unused scans do not roll over.
Manage payment details and cancel through the customer portal linked from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; Pro access remains available until then. Contact support for billing or refund requests. These terms do not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
